Important notes
- From NPR 150 for a single-shareholder company, from NPR 250 for a multiple-shareholder company.
- VAT registration is a separate process. Tell us if you need it and we will prepare those documents too.
- You or your representative must attend the Inland Revenue Office to complete PAN registration.

Is PAN different from VAT?
Yes. Every registered company needs a PAN. VAT applies once turnover crosses the threshold or for certain listed businesses. Your auditor can tell you whether VAT applies to you.
