Important notes
- This price does not include the government fee payable to the Office of the Company Registrar. That fee scales with authorised capital and you pay it directly to the office.
- Name reservation is done by you in CAMIS. Whether a name is approved is the office’s decision, not ours.
- Some business activities need an additional licence or approval. We will tell you before we start if yours is one of them.
Questions about this service
Can one person register a company alone?
Yes. A private limited company in Nepal can have a single shareholder. The articles and the minutes are worded differently from a multiple-shareholder company, which is why these are two separate services here.
Can I add another shareholder later?
Yes. You can move to a multiple-shareholder structure later through a share transfer or a change in capital structure. That needs its own set of documents, which we also prepare.
