Questions about this service
Does a single-shareholder company still need an AGM minute?
Yes. Even with one shareholder the annual general meeting decision has to be recorded. The wording differs from a multiple-shareholder company’s minute.
Is this needed every year?
Yes. A registered company must file its update within the prescribed period after each fiscal year end. Missing the deadline attracts a fine.
