Refund policy

When we refund

• A document we prepared is returned by the office because of a formatting or drafting error on our side — we correct it free and refund our fee in full
• We prepared the wrong document despite being given correct information
• You cancel before we have started work

When we do not refund

• The office rejects a name or asks for additional documents — outside our control, but we make the revisions free
• A document is returned because the information you gave us was wrong or incomplete — we will still correct it
• Government fees, fines or taxes — we never collected those
• You change your mind after the documents have been delivered

How to claim

Contact us the same way you ordered. Tell us what happened and, if the office returned the filing, send whatever shows the reason. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid.
