Scope of service

KagajSewa prepares documents from the information the customer supplies. We do not provide legal advice, do not represent customers before any authority, and do not submit filings on a customer’s behalf.

Customer responsibilities

• The information you give us must be accurate and complete
• Reviewing the finished documents before submission is your responsibility
• Signing, stamping and submitting to the relevant office is done by you
• Government fees, fines and taxes are paid by you directly

Payment

Payment is made by eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer after the documents are delivered. The price covers document preparation only.

Limitations

Whether a government office accepts a document or approves a name is entirely within that office’s authority. KagajSewa does not guarantee any government approval. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Changes

These terms may be revised from time to time. Any revision will be published on this page.
